The Mantis is a straight to understable fairway driver that is the favorite of many Discraft pros including Missy Gannon. The Mantis is great for high powered, hyzer flip shots in the woods, turnover shots and point and shoot fairway throws. This run was in ESP plastic.

Excellent disc that needs more presence

The Mantis is an amazing disc that has been my primary driver for a while. After looking to replace an X line Mantis I received in a starter pack years ago, I found that it was only available in Z plastic or this Missy Gannon Stamped ESP. I lept at the chance, not only to support an awesome representative of the sport but because I personally dislike the Z plastic. I hope that this disc will continue to be made in ESP (or FLX!) plastic for years to come.

Big Money!

This is my first ESP Mantis. The plastic has a beautiful swirl, and great feel in the hand. The stamp is incredible! Still not beaten in enough, but it already flies like my beat in Z Line Mantis. I suspect that it will eventually be a bit straighter flier than the Z Line version.
