I swear this plastic is not standard ESP

I have a lot of ESP Hades. I bought one of these when they first came out and the plastic felt very different ... less stiff and higher quality than a stock ESP. That first one was my baby and one of the only discs I've ever lost in a findable area. Heart breaking. I immediately ordered three more, two for me and one for my friend, who also bagged a stock Hades. When they came, sure enough, they had that feel that was different and my friend 100% agrees, it is not the same.

Of the two of those I got in the reorder, one was flippy and the other needed a touch of seasoning. Once I had the more stable one seasoned perfectly, I was throwing beautifully with it and then ... I lost it in a findable area. Heart breaking.

I immediately ordered one more, thinking that the run was over, but yet again, it had that feel. In between the ordering and testing of the new one, I got better at manipulating the flippier one and have been throwing some incredible lines with it. I still haven't seasoned the last one yet, but I will be bagging it starting my next round.

I throw around 320-330 controlled distance and the Hades is the only 12 speed I like throwing (it is a never ending quest to find something else, but ... still only like the Hades). This line specifically is fantastic for flip hyzers and natural no-anny turnovers (both forehand and backhand). The other ESP versions I have are just not the same.

I wish I knew if this indeed is a special blend of plastic, because then I could continue to buy it with different stamps and not worry that I won't be able to replace the ones I have. Until then, I only trust the vintage stamp.
